This guy is amazing. I remember reading about how the opposing lawyers of Bush v Gore were teaming up to do this case and being skeptical. Reading this, Olson sounds like a badass. And I LOVE how he made the Govenator and Jerry Brown the defendants.

Just goes to show you that typecasting doesn’t always work.  Too bad we can’t get Scalia on board with this.
